orders placed monday through friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the same day.
all orders placed after the cut-off time on friday, over the weekend and on federal or provincial statutory holidays will be shipped the following business day starting at 8:00 am ET.
during peak sale periods and new product launches, additional processing time may be required.
we currently accept visa, mastercard, american express, discover, diners club and interac as well as apple pay, google pay, shop pay, paypal, klarna and digital blush gift cards.
digital gift cards cannot be redeemed for other gift card purchases.
your method of payment cannot be changed after your order has been placed.
all orders are subject to security verification. your billing name, address, and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card statement, failing which, your order may be delayed or canceled.
once your order has been placed, the necessary funds are held under the form of a pre-authorization. this is not an actual charge. the pre-authorization ensures that sufficient funds will be available to carry out the transaction.
once your order has been shipped, the hold will be automatically reversed and your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.
you will only be charged for items that have been shipped, along with applicable delivery service and taxes. authorizations and charges will appear on your statement, under their respective categories, as BLUSH LINGERIE.
we reserve the right to accept, decline or cancel all or part of your order for any reason. we may require additional verification before accepting any order. your order is not accepted until it is shipped.
if your order is canceled, blush will release the pre-authorization immediately. it may take your bank additional time to process the funds back to your account.
once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. the order confirmation acts as your official receipt and includes your order number and all relevant details.
if you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please contact customer care immediately. only certain revisions can be made, as long as your order has not yet been processed. you can also review your order details by accessing your dashboard via your blush account.

if previously purchased merchandise on blushlingerie.com is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, blush will offer a one time price adjustment. the same style, color and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request.
