orders placed monday through friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the same day. all orders placed after the cut-off time on friday, over the weekend and on federal or provincial statutory holidays will be shipped the following business day starting at 8:00 am ET.
the date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method you select and will be provided prior to checkout in your blush cart. shipping windows and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. please allow 2-3 additional days for po boxes, rural and remote areas. during peak sale periods and new product launches, additional processing time may be required.
where a customer makes an error in the delivery address and the shipment is delivered to the address as specified, blush will make commercially reasonable efforts to retrieve the shipment if possible, but will not be responsible if its efforts are not successful.
a signature may be required unless you have elected to permit the carrier to deliver packages without obtaining a signature. in lieu of a signature, a verbal acknowledgement from the person who receives the package may be collected at the time of delivery. in such cases, the acknowledgement by the person who received the package at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery. if a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect your items from the designated carrier pick-up location within the pick-up window to avoid your order being returned to blush.
blush reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel and/or stop any shipment requested to a customer or address that has previously made a claim for loss of a blush shipment. where a shipment is canceled or stopped after payment has been processed, the transaction will be reversed.
once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your tracking number. click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment. tracking updates will be available as of 4:00 pm ET on the day your order has been shipped.
you can also track your order by logging into your blush account and clicking on 'my orders'. if you used guest checkout to complete your order and do not have a blush account, please refer to the tracking confirmation received by email or contact customer care.
once your parcel arrives in the destination country, transport to is final delivery point will be handled through the country's local postal operator. a list of the national postal services is available here. tracking updates will be available on the carrier's website using the tracking number you received.
please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
carrier delays and/or mis-scans can happen.
if the tracking status of your parcel shows a delivered, but the item has not been received, please verify around your property (the parcel carrier might have left the package in a secure location or left a delivery notice card), your individual/community mailbox, your parcel locker, with any members of your household and/or with your neighbors. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, please allow up to 4 business days for physical delivery, as the item may have been incorrectly scanned as delivered, but is still in-transit.
if after 4 business days the item still has not been received, please contact customer care for further assistance.
if the tracking status for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact customer care to investigate.
we make every effort to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. however, in the unlikely event that your parcel arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact customer care for further assistance.
if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you will be responsible for all shipping charges. a 15% restocking fee may also apply.
blush reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal at time of delivery or as a result of it being unclaimed.
