Natura Divina: A Love Letter to Nature and the Female Form

Natura Divina: A Love Letter to Nature and the Female Form

Lingerie that feels like a spell. Natura Divina is all about that sweet spot between the grounded and the ethereal—lace that trails like vines, mesh that moves like smoke, silhouettes that make you feel like a goddess (without trying too hard).

This campaign is a love letter to the natural world and the divine feminine. Think: rich textures, soft florals, dreamy embroideries. A little vintage. A little mystical. A lot of intention.

The campaign came to life through the magic of Michelle (@thephotofaerie) and Arielle (@miss.sugar.peach)—a duo that basically is the vibe. Michelle shoots on film and polaroid, so everything has that dreamy, hazy quality. No filters, just light and feeling. Arielle brought her whole soul to this shoot—fluid, expressive, enchanting. Every frame feels like she’s stepping into another world.

The pieces within the edit mix celestial charm with earthy ease. They’re meant to be worn when the moon is high, the sun is soft, or you just want to feel like the dreamiest version of you.

Natura Divina: A Love Letter to Nature and the Female Form

How do you connect with nature in your daily life?
I love walking outside and taking in the sights of the nature surrounding me. Living in the city is hard for me because I don’t feel as close to nature as I used to so I try to bring nature to me by growing plants at home.

What makes you feel most empowered?
I feel the most empowered when using my skills and imagination to create something special that people will appreciate and relate to.

What rituals help you embrace your inner strength?
Anything that involves my creativity; Drawing, making music or doing creative makeup looks.

What's your favorite way to unwind in nature?
Just being close to water brings me inner peace. Watching the sunset over a lake or the sea while listening to my favorite albums is basically heaven to me.

What’s your go-to lingerie style for feeling connected to yourself?
I’ve been into baby doll sets lately! Anything flowy and romantic.

What’s your favourite form of self-expression?
Probably makeup and fashion. I love changing my style depending on how I feel that day.

What does personal strength look like to you?
Being able to freely express myself throughout all parts of my life.

Natura Divina: A Love Letter to Nature and the Female Form

Known for her soft focus, romantic light, and that unmistakable film glow, Michelle (@thephotofaerie) brings a rare kind of intimacy to everything she shoots. There’s a magic in her work that feels both fleeting and forever—like a memory you never want to let go of. For Natura Divina, her love of film and polaroid captured the essence of the collection perfectly: raw, nostalgic, and quietly powerful.

Here, she shares more about her process and what moves her behind the lens:

The Photographer: Michelle

Your work has such a dreamy, almost nostalgic quality—what draws you to film and polaroid as your medium?

Film is imperfect and grainy in a way that’s impossible to replicate (for now at least – I’ve yet to see a filter or app that really gets it). I don’t want sharp definition; I want softness and light leaks. I love that there’s a little luck involved in every picture - it feels like you and the camera are working together at something unpredictable and magical. Plus there’s nothing more thrilling than waiting for a Polaroid to develop!

Do you remember the first time you felt magic behind the lens?

Definitely when I first ran a roll of film through my medium format camera. Somehow that camera - a Soviet-era beast of a machine that I picked up on Kijiji in 2008’ish - has totally shaped my photography. I remember first using it on the balcony of my mom’s apartment, just taking photos of friends - but the way that camera caught the light was pure magic.

What emotions or moods are you always chasing when you shoot?

Beauty and fragility mostly. I like to think of models as water sprites or forest nymphs, delicate and otherworldly and a little mischievous.

How do you think shooting on film changes the energy of a shoot?

The pace is slower, the stakes are higher - you can’t just snap 100 frames of the same pose - and the connection between model and photographer feels stronger. There’s no flipping the camera screen back and forth to check every image; you’re much more in the moment, experiencing the flow of creating something together.

What’s inspiring you lately—visually or emotionally?

I watched the movie Dinner in America recently and really loved it. I love love, especially weird love. And live music forever keeps me sane.

Natura Divina is about slipping into something whimsical that feels like you. Something romantic, a little moody, and sensually powerful.

This is lingerie you can lounge in, layer with, live in. Something to wear while making coffee barefoot in the morning. Or under your favorite knit when the sky turns pink. It’s not about perfection—it’s about feeling good in your skin, even when no one’s watching.

The energy? A little witchy. A little whimsical. Very much divine. Tap into it.
